There is an "Easter Egg" in this game; well worth waiting for. This "Easter Egg" is an in-game advertisement for the (then upcoming) "UFO: Enemy Unknown" aka "XCom, Earth Defender" or "XCom: Enemy Uknown". The advertisement is set as a skirmish between invading Aliens and XCom Troops defending Humanity. After approximately 12 hours of (TTD)play, there will appear a Terror or Harvester UFO and Aliens, followed rapidly by an XCom Skyranger and Troops, who will battle it out with the Aliens. The skirmish will last between two and four minutes, and will damage the city or railway line where it takes place. This little gem alone makes downloading TTD very worthwhile.
